Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a recruiting professional for our New York office to support the Chief Talent Officer and Talent Acquisition Manager with firmwide recruiting of lateral partners, attorneys, and business services staff.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate summer associate recruiting, maintain the ATS, and collaborate with hiring managers and search firms to fulfill hiring needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a law firm.
• Experience supporting lateral attorney and business services recruiting.
• Familiarity with law school recruiting and summer programs.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruiting databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship building.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities include

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records, data integrity, and efficient recruiting workflows.
• Partner with hiring managers, attorneys, and search firms to identify hiring needs, review candidates, and maintain communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate background checks, manage job postings, and support firmwide recruiting initiatives.

• Experience supporting lateral attorney and business services recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, attorneys, and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: $75k-$90k
