Latham & Watkins LLP in Houston, TX seeks an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support all aspects of entry-level hiring, including the summer program and campus outreach. The role is in our Houston office, with potential hybrid scheduling.

The candidate will coordinate interviews, build school relationships, organize summer program logistics, and help manage budgets and reporting, while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence, perform GPA calculations, and maintain candidate records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools and recruitment partners; represent the firm at events.
• Plan logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation and offers letters.
• Develop budgets for outreach and recruiting; implement new marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Committee and prepare recruitment reports.
