Job summary

Latham & Watkins in Houston is seeking an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support entry-level hiring of associates, including the summer program and campus outreach, while serving as a liaison to law schools. This role will be located in our Houston office with a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities include coordinating candidate interviews, GPA calculations, maintaining records, building relationships with law schools and vendors, planning logistics for the summer program, and

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence.
• Perform GPA calculations and maintain candidate records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and other recruitment professionals.
• Plan and execute logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring.
• Prepare recruitment statistics and reports and develop presentations for internal audiences.
