Job summary

Latham & Watkins in Houston is seeking an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support all aspects of entry-level hiring, including the summer program and campus outreach, with liaison duties to law schools. The role is in our Houston office with hybrid schedule.

You will coordinate interviews, GPA calculations, relationships with law schools, budget monitoring, and provide admin support to the Recruiting Committee, while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence, track GPA calculations, and maintain candidate records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools and recruitment professionals, acting as the firm’s liaison for recruiting events.
• Plan and execute logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation, programming, events, and offer letters.
