Lawyers On Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking a contract Legal Recruiting Assistant in Downtown Los Angeles. The role is hybrid with 3-4 days on-site per week, starting ASAP for a 3-4 month assignment. Pay is $25/hour.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain candidate information and recruiting records in the ATS.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate logistics with talent managers.
• Create, organize, and maintain recruiting files and invoicing records.
• Coordinate conference room reservations, catering, and events logistics.
• Greet candidates and ensure a professional in-office experience.
• Prepare invitations, track responses, and maintain attendee lists for events.
• Support data entry, reporting, and other administrative recruiting tasks.
