Job Title: SVP, Talent Solutions & Recruiting - Lexitas Legal Talent Outsourcing

Lexitas Legal Talent Solutions, a leader in legal and compliance staffing, is looking to hire a full cycle legal recruiter to join our growing team. This position is open on a remote basis to candidates across the country.

Our nationwide roster of clients includes leading AmLaw 100 Firms, Fortune 500 companies across many industries, boutique law firms, and tech startups. We assist our clients with direct-hire permanent placement and temporary staffing of attorneys and legal professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of recruiting experience in the legal industry. We offer a base salary plus commission plan, a comprehensive benefits package, and a friendly and supportive office culture. Our recruiters work directly with clients and those with an entrepreneurial spirit are particularly encouraged to apply.
