Kent Daniels & Associates, Inc. in California (Remote) is seeking a Legal Recruiter to join our growing team.

You will source, screen, and qualify candidates for law firm clients, craft outreach messages, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers and bill rates. This full-time, direct-hire role requires 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on legal roles, plus strong communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recruiting experience.
• Understanding of legal terminology preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent deductive reasoning and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for law firm clients.
• Craft candidate presentation emails, schedule interviews, obtain feedback, and negotiate offers and bill rates.
• Conduct reference checks, background verification, and support onboarding follow-up.
• Write clear and engaging job descriptions and outreach messaging.
• Engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct messaging.
• Proofread resumes and maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.

Location: California (Remote)

Pay: $74,000 to $75,000+ DOE plus uncapped Commission!

Experience: 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on legal roles.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Must be able to work PST hours)
