Kent Daniels & Associates is actively seeking a Legal Recruiter to join a growing team. This remote, direct-hire position requires handling sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to law firm clients while coordinating interviews and manager feedback.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm PST and offers a base salary of $70,000/year or more, plus commission. Prior legal recruiting experience is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Handle sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates to law firm clients.

• Obtain feedback from managers and candidates.
• Present and negotiate candidates' offers and bill rates.
• Email or directly message candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Create job descriptions, proofread resumes, and maintain HRIS/ATS databases.
• Conduct reference and background checks and assist onboarding.
