Job summary

Omega Law Group in West Hollywood is seeking a Legal Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top legal talent for our growing practice. This on-site role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct pre-screenings, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill attorney and staff positions while maintaining positive candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the legal sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Leverage various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools and legal associations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position.
• Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Keep abreast with industry trends and market intelligence relevant to recruitment in the legal sector.
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

Location: This role is located at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence 5 days per week on-site.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 salary
