Omega Law Group is seeking a Legal Recruiter for our West Hollywood office to attract and hire top legal talent. You will lead full life-cycle recruitment, screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill critical roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the legal sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Leverage sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools and legal associations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position
• Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Keep abreast with industry trends and market intelligence relevant to recruitment in the legal sector
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities
• Other related duties

Location:

This role is located at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence 5 days per week on-site.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 salary
