Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC is seeking an organized data entry specialist to support legal document processing in a professional office in Lombard, IL. You will maintain case files, input statuses, and communicate with clients and process servers to keep cases moving efficiently.

This role offers a dependable weekday schedule and a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have a quick learning ability, strong typing skills, and familiarity with civil procedure rules to ensure accurate data

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of office and/or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for supported states.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Proficient typing skills (30 wpm).
• Experience with office machine operations.
• Familiarity with legal documents preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with process servers for status via phone and email to push for quick resolution.
• Apply client and county-specific requirements to daily work production and become familiar with rules of Civil Procedure.
• Provide daily communication with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Reroute & track documents, open mail, and review new case data.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators regarding timeliness of case status, case notes, and obtaining status to move cases to next phase of service.
• Expedite resolution of errors made by Process Servers on submitted affidavits.
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
• Punctual and regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Professional office work environment. Hours are Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM.
