Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking reliable, organized process servers to deliver legal documents across our nationwide network. You’ll work independently with a flexible schedule and use our industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

Applicants should be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends. TX JBCC Certification is provided via a free online course.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, independent and personable.
• Tech savvy with a mobile app to claim/track jobs.
• Own reliable transportation, valid license and insurance.
• Experience in process serving is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to households and businesses.
• Claim jobs and map routes using the mobile app.
• Track progress and update status through the app.
• Work independently with flexible hours, including early mornings/evenings/weekends.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
• Tech savvy - iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app
• Ability to scan and print documents
• Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
• TX JBCC Process Server Certification - we offer the 7 hour online course for free!
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
