Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking Process Servers to deliver legal documents across the United States with a flexible schedule. You choose workload levels and use our mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

We provide training and tools, including a 7-hour TX JBCC Process Server Certification course offered for free, plus support to help you succeed as an independent contractor or part-time team member.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Tech savvy - smartphone and ability to use mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to residences and businesses.
• Claim jobs and manage routes via the mobile app.
• Map routes and ensure timely service within 48 hours.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and status updates.
• Work independently with a flexible schedule.
