Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking process servers to deliver legal documents with a flexible schedule. You control your workload and use our training and industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

We operate nationwide and value honesty, accuracy, and independence. No fixed office is required—great for part-time or full-time work and for drivers who want control of their day.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Tech savvy and ability to use a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
• TX JBCC Process Server Certification - we offer the 7 hour online course for free!
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in your area.
