ABC Legal Services seeks Process Servers to deliver legal documents across the region on a flexible schedule. You control your workload and decide when to accept assignments, using our industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and personable, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience is helpful but not required; we train you and provide the tools to work legally and efficiently in all 50 states.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
• Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app
• Ability to scan and print documents
• Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
• State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
