Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking process servers to deliver legal documents with a flexible schedule. You control your workload and use our training and industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

We operate nationwide and value honesty, accuracy, and independence. No fixed office is required—great for part-time or full-time work and for drivers who want control of their day.

Qualifications

Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
Tech savvy and ability to use a mobile app.
Ability to scan and print documents.
Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
TX JBCC Process Server Certification - we offer the 7 hour online course for free!
Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization

Responsibilities

Deliver legal documents in your area.
Plan your route to optimize delivery times.
Serve documents and report results through the mobile app.
Maintain accurate records and tracking of pay.
