Salary is $75,000 – $112,500. You’ll perform, format, and finalize legal documents and presentations; manage calendars, travel, and meetings; coordinate with Accounting, General Services, and Reprographics; and maintain organized files per firm protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal administrative support experience (litigation a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat a bonus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; service-oriented.
• Professional, flexible, and solutions-driven; able to follow firm policies and in-office schedule.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
• Manage calendars, conflict checks, expense reports, time entry, travel, and meeting coordination.
• Collaborate with Accounting, General Services, and Reprographics to support legal operations.
• Maintain organized paper and digital files per firm protocols.
• Assist with legal support tasks, including research, document filing, and call coordination.
• Proactively anticipate attorney needs and deliver exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
