PRA Group is seeking a strategy analytics leader in the United States to oversee a small team of analysts, guiding daily work, projects, and policy updates. You will analyze data to identify trends, present results to peers and leadership, and drive process improvements across operations including the legal placement stream.

This role requires 3–5 years of analyst experience with advanced SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus leadership capabilities and a STEM degree.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience as an Analyst with strong SQL skills.
• Proficient in Excel and statistical analysis.
• Able to present to Senior leadership using PowerPoint.
• Experience leading a team of analysts is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of analysts and oversee daily tasks.
• Deploy strategies as SME for a business area.
• Build testing scenarios for deployment.
• Identify inventory gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain policy docs.
• Improve monitoring of legal owned processes.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
