Job summary

PRA Group, Inc. is seeking a Project and Case Management Analyst to manage a portfolio of legal cases, conduct independent case research, and assist on class actions.

This hybrid role requires onsite work three days per week and strong data analysis, filing, and valuation skills. Key duties include developing case plans, coordinating with clients and claims administrators, updating case systems, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, preferred OR 2+ years equivalent amount of related work experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Detail oriented and able to assimilate a lot of case information
• Proficiency with desktop and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), required
• Strong writing skills, proofreading, and attention to detail required
• 1+ year experience with project coordination or management, and analysis of information and data

Responsibilities

• Research new and existing class action settlements
• Develop and execute project plan for assigned cases
• Oversee marketing and communication activities for assigned cases
• File claims on behalf of clients with claims administrator
• Work with clients and claims administrator to maximize recovery
• Update systems with pertinent updates from research and claims filing activities
• Develop case level valuation model to estimate anticipated recovery
• Handle regular communications with clients, sales organization, and client services about the particulars of assigned cases and case updates
• Actively participate in suggesting, testing, and implementing infrastructure changes and process improvements
