Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Analyst with strong SQL and data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel or other statistical packages to analyze financial and legal data.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership using PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent.
• Some experience leading a team of analysts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts focused on day-to-day business tasks for segmentation criteria for legal placements.
• Deploy strategies in a defined area as SME and provide creative process improvements.
• Build testing scenarios and identify inventory gaps for optimization across departments.
• Mentor junior analysts in PRA knowledge and analytical skills.
• Maintain policy documents and change logs; ensure compliance.
