Job summary

PRA Group is seeking a detail-oriented analyst leader to oversee a small team of strategy analysts. You will manage daily tasks, champion data-driven recommendations, and interact with senior leaders to drive improvements across legal placement processes.

You will mentor analysts, develop testing scenarios, and maintain policy documentation while solving complex business problems and aligning efforts with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an Analyst with strong technical SQL skills and data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel or other statistical tools for financial/operational data.
• Able to present to senior leadership and build compelling data narratives.
• Experience leading a team of analysts is preferred.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of strategy analysts and manage daily activities and projects.
• Recommend policy changes to leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational challenges.
• Own core operations account placement through the legal stream.
• Mentor analysts and maintain policy documentation and change logs.
• Develop testing scenarios and analyze inventory gaps for optimization.
