Job summary

JLL is seeking a Portfolio Strategy & Analytics Leader to build and lead a team of strategists and analysts driving portfolio strategy, market insights, benchmarking, and analytics for Portfolio Advisory clients.

The role combines client-facing advisory with hands-on analytics, presenting to executives and guiding complex portfolio decisions. Based in any major city, with a focus on delivering scalable, data-driven solutions across markets.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management, or related advisory roles.
Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing teams.
Strong analytical capabilities with financial modeling and data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of strategists and analysts; set the standards, tools, and delivery methodology.
Oversee portfolio strategy, analytics, insights, and benchmarking for Portfolio Advisory.
Own market insights and benchmarking; translate research into actionable client recommendations.
Serve as trusted strategic advisor to client leaders on portfolio decisions and opportunities.
Coordinate with RFPs, presentations, and capability demonstrations to win new business.
