Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to own and scale our Legal Operations function. You will partner with an automation engineering team to shape the operating model, oversee the legal tech stack (including Ironclad CLM) and e-billing, and manage outside counsel relationships as we grow in the AI-native era.

You will design dashboards, define metrics, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

Seasoned leader with 7+ years in legal operations, ideally at a high-growth tech/AI company.
Deep expertise in CLM platforms, e-billing and matter management.
Experience supporting global teams and building scalable legal tech stacks.
Strong analytical skills to drive dashboards and business decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and improve operating model for Legal; identify automation opportunities.
Manage legal tech stack, including contract lifecycle management and billing.
Oversee relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers.
Collaborate with automation teams to leverage Eleven Agents for work efficiency.
Define metrics and build dashboards for team priorities and workload.
Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to align processes with company needs.
