Job summary

Hex Technologies seeks a hands-on Legal Ops professional to own and scale the operating layer of the legal function. You’ll run contract operations end to end, optimize templates, and build AI-powered workflows that replace manual processes.

The role blends data governance with practical process improvements across the company. You’ll enable the revenue team, maintain the playbook, and train cross-functional teams while managing outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management.
• 1–2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement for self-service standard deals.
• Own workflow templates and playbooks as deals evolve.
• Review and redline standard agreements; draft from templates as needed.
• Build structured intake for legal workstreams across the company.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and automations for efficiency.
• Maintain privacy registers, AI inventory, and compliance calendars.
• Train teams on self-service tools and escalation paths.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack.
