Job summary

Hex Technologies in NYC or fully remote (EST or CST) seeks a builder to own and scale the legal operations platform as the company grows. You’ll drive CLM administration, governance records, and AI-enabled workflows, moving faster by automating manual processes.

You will run contract operations end to end, enable the revenue team with templates, intake workflows, and playbooks; manage outside counsel and the legal tech stack; and train cross-functional teams on self-service tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management
• Experience implementing or rebuilding a CLM (Ironclad preferred)
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements
• Experience building AI-assisted legal tools and automation
• Autonomy in a role with room to grow
• Strong user adoption mindset and collaboration with lawyers

Responsibilities

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement for self-serve on standard deals
• Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks
• Review and redline standard agreements; draft from templates
• Build structured intake for legal workstreams across the company
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations
• Maintain privacy registers, AI inventory, and compliance calendars
• Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths
• Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack
