Clay is scaling rapidly and seeking a seasoned Legal Operations professional to build scalable systems, workflows, and partnerships across the company. You’ll own the intake process, manage external partners, and drive adoption of our legal tech stack while leveraging AI to automate workflows.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to align processes with business needs, empower GTM teams, and shape how legal scales with growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years in legal operations, program management, or a similar operations role that built processes and kept cross-functional teams moving.
• Experience with legal tech tools like Ironclad and Docusign, and evaluating new tools.
• Ability to turn ambiguous operational problems into clear requirements and scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and comfort in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Deep familiarity using AI to automate workflows and increase leverage.

Mansioni

• Own the legal intake and workflow system; build a scalable system for managing legal requests across the company.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to align processes with how the business operates.
• Manage external partners including outside counsel, BPOs, and vendors for quality and efficiency.
• Own the legal tech stack (e.g., Ironclad, Docusign); drive adoption, integrations, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Enablement to train GTM teams and maintain accessible Legal knowledge spaces.
