Job summary

HexHex is seeking a skilled Legal Operations professional to own and scale contract operations, CLM, and governance as the company grows. You will build structured intake, manage outside counsel, and drive AI-enabled workflows to replace manual processes.

You’ll collaborate across teams, train users of self-service tools, and maintain privacy registers, AI inventory, and compliance calendars. This builder role sits at the nexus of data, AI, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management.
• In-house tech or SaaS experience preferred; CLM experience required.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement for the revenue team.
• Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks as products evolve.
• Review and redline standard agreements; draft from templates when needed.
• Build structured intake for legal workstreams across the company.
• Create AI-powered workflows and automations to replace manual tasks.
• Maintain privacy registers, AI inventory, and compliance calendars.
• Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths.
• Manage external counsel relationships and the legal tech stack.
