Liquidia is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to lead the Legal and Compliance function, driving efficiency, tech solutions, and cost control. You will partner with multiple functions to deliver timely, high-quality legal support within a fast-paced biopharma environment.

The role requires extensive experience in legal operations, budgeting, and CLM, with a focus on scalable processes and strategic execution. Strong collaboration and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years in legal operations or related roles.
Experience implementing operational improvements and scalable processes.
Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and outside counsel expenditures.
Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
Proficiency with legal technology platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with the General Counsel to manage departmental priorities and objectives.
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics for performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, playbooks, and workflow documentation.
Manage departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives with timely execution.
