Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process optimization and workflow improvements.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute legal operational workflows as a first point of contact and drive efficiency.
• Coordinate approvals, signatures, documentation, and follow-through of legal requests.
• Triage incoming inquiries for the Legal team, prioritizing, routing and resolving items.
• Scale operations and ongoing innovation of the Legal team with leadership.
• Design processes that reduce friction and free time for core work.
• Support enterprise technology initiatives and learn new tools.
• Build cross-functional relationships across the legal team and partners.
• Provide sound judgment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Apply lightweight project management frameworks for rapid iteration.
• Leverage 3+ years of experience to manage dynamic legal workflows.
