Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience in Legal Operations, Legal Project Support, or Commercial Operations.
• CLM Operations: At least 2 years of direct admin or super-user experience with Ironclad.
• Litigation support execution: tracking matters, e-discovery, and document collection.
• Cross-functional execution: independently run projects across departments.
• Matter and file management: organize global Legal department records.

Responsibilities

• Own Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) operational ownership and workflow maintenance.
• Functional IT partner: liaise with IT, gather requirements, test updates and integrations.
• Data organization: maintain metadata, renewal dates, and key terms for instant searchability.
• Oversee daily processing of commercial Legal support tickets in Salesforce.
• Litigation operations: tracking matters, documents, e-discovery, and holds.
• DocuSign admin: manage user permissions and data retention policies.
• Lead ad hoc projects: training, process mapping, and workflow rollouts.
• Track metrics: contract cycle times, ticket volumes, and litigation status.
