Job summary

The role focuses on KPI development, CLM and knowledge management, vendor management, and reporting, with a fast-paced biopharma environment and opportunities to shape strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in legal operations, corporate legal support, or related roles.
• Experience implementing operational improvements, legal technologies, and scalable processes.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and outside counsel expenditures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Counsel to set priorities, initiatives, and objectives aligned with strategy.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics for the legal function.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk and boost efficiency.
• Develop SOPs, templates, playbooks, and workflow documentation to support scale.
• Manage projects and cross-functional initiatives with timely execution.
