Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals seeks a senior leader to transform legal operations, drive technology enablement, and optimize contracting processes globally. You will own the operating model, implement AI-enabled workflows, and partner with IT and procurement to scale the legal function while reducing external spend.

The role requires 8+ years in legal operations with pharma experience, and hands-on CLM/AI capabilities, budget forecasting, and change leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of combined legal practice and/or legal operations leadership experience.
In-house pharma/biotech experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with CLM platforms and IT integrations.
Experience delivering through software development lifecycles for legal tech.
Budgeting/forecasting for technology initiatives; change management experience.

Responsibilities

Own the legal operations function, front door, templates, and self-service tools.
Lead AI-enabled workflows, prompt libraries, and AI-assisted contract review with oversight.
Translate legal needs into system specs and integration requirements.
Manage legal tech delivery lifecycle with IT and vendors.
Develop and report KPIs for contracting throughput and spend.
Lead change management and adoption across the function.
