Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient workflows and high performance.
• Lead budgeting, resource allocation, and staff performance reviews aligned with growth targets.
• Develop strategies for client development, partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Managing Partner on business development, marketing and strategic planning.
