You will lead CLM-Salesforce integration, develop CLM reporting and templates, and coordinate technology initiatives, governance, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a corporate legal environment with emphasis on operations and project management.
• Proven experience in process development and continuous improvement in legal systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of the CLM system into Salesforce with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop knowledge of CLM reporting, metadata, system functionality, and templates.
• Assist with financial, vendor, contract, document management within Legal.
• Coordinate technology initiatives and the legal tech roadmap.
• Document workflows and SOPs for internal audits.
