Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on Legal Operations professional to own end-to-end processes, from research to audits, across the US and Canada. You will leverage AI and low-code tools to automate routine tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance and brand protection.

This role requires initiative, rigor, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment. You will report to the Legal Counsel, own projects from inception to completion, and help scale the team’s operations with modern tooling and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems without being told how.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI and technology to improve how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual legal tasks using AI and low-code workflows.
• Lead legal and regulatory projects with our Legal Counsel.
• Maintain entity compliance across US and Canada with annual reports and state requests.
• Monitor brand protection and initiate IP protection workflows.
• Investigate escalations to root causes and translate into compliance training.
• Review products and processes for compliance risk with Engineering and Product teams.
• Lead compliance audits across operations and identify high-risk areas.
