Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Operations Engineer to join on-site in Costa Mesa, CA. You will be the operational backbone supporting the Legal Department’s technology ecosystem, working with Jira, Airtable, Foundry, CLM, and related tools to streamline workflows and improve contract processes.

You’ll scope requirements, design automated workflows, and lead system implementations as the function grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation via no-code/low-code platforms or scripting.
• Experience with ticket queues and prioritization in operations.
• Knowledge of contracts, legal workflows, and redline basics.
• Ability to translate legal needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Legal intake in Jira; triage tickets and route for lawyer review.
• Administer and support CLM, matter management, document management, e-signature, and AI tools.
• Monitor automations and diagnose failures; fix root causes.
• Handle provisioning/offboarding, template updates, and access reviews.
• Produce recurring reports on cycle times, volumes, and spend.
