Job summary

Lawyers On Demand is seeking a Legal Engineer to bridge law and technology by designing and implementing tech-enabled legal solutions. You will work with attorneys, operations, and technology partners to automate workflows, manage data, and improve service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. or strong legal background, experience with AI and prompt engineering in legal settings, and proficiency with SQL, Python, APIs, and automation tools like Power Automate, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.

Qualifications

J.D. or legal background is required.
Experience with AI, generative AI, prompt engineering, or ML applications in legal environments.
Knowledge of contract management, compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Proficiency with SQL, Python, APIs, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize legal technology solutions and workflows.
Analyze and improve legal processes for automation and risk reduction.
Collaborate with legal, business, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements.
Manage legal data, reporting, and analytics for actionable insights.
