Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Legal Operations Engineer to design and implement software tools and automated workflows that improve efficiency across the in-house legal department. You will integrate CounselLink, Anaqua, and DocuSign CLM with enterprise systems, architect scalable solutions, and collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and Finance to streamline processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical subject area (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of professional software development or automation engineering experience.
Proven track record to design, implement, and document complete end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and document software tools, scripts, and automated workflows to streamline legal processes.
Integrate and expand the core legal tech stack with enterprise systems and APIs.
Architect end-to-end solutions for legal intake triage, contract automation, IP operations, and spend analytics.
Collaborate with Legal Operations, attorneys, paralegals, IT and Finance to translate workflows into scalable software.
