The role demands problem-solving in a startup environment, with direct partnership to the Legal Counsel and opportunities to shape growing legal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish.
• Interest in applying AI and technology to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead core legal operations and build AI/low-code workflows to automate tasks.
• Manage entity compliance across US and Canada with end-to-end processes.
• Conduct legal research, contract reviews, and other substantive projects as needed.
