Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on Legal Operations lead to own projects from start to finish, implementing scalable AI and low-code workflows across the legal function. You’ll partner with our Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to optimize filings, audits, and compliance programs in a fast-growing fintech environment.

This role rewards initiative, problem-solving, and ownership—promotion is based on performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with high performance
Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems without being told how

Responsibilities

Build and operate optimized legal processes.
Recurring filings, deadlines, and audits that must be done exactly right.
Learn from leaders from top tech and consulting firms.
Promotion based on performance and ownership, not tenure.
Use AI and low-code tools to automate manual legal tasks.
Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and projects.
Investigate escalations to root cause and turn recurring issues into training.
Review products for compliance risk and user friction; work with Eng/Prod to fix root causes.
Lead audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
Automate more after first manual run of a task.
Regulatory filings and audits require precision; maintain your own tracking system.
