Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a hands-on Legal Operations professional to own projects from start to finish and streamline processes using AI and low-code tools. You’ll partner with our Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and compliance initiatives across the company.

You'll build scalable workflows, manage filings and audits, and coach teams to reduce recurring tasks. Remote-friendly, with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with a record of high performance.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems without being told how.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate optimized legal processes.
• Handle recurring tasks: filings, deadlines, audits, done exactly right.
• Learn from leaders with backgrounds at Amazon, Better, LinkedIn, McKinsey, BCG, Bain.
• Promotion based on performance and ownership.
• Use AI and low-code tools to automate manual legal tasks.
• Collaborate on legal research, contract reviews, and other projects.
• Investigate escalations to root causes and drive compliance training.
• Review products and processes for compliance risk and partner with Engineering to fix.
• Lead audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
• Automate repetitive tasks after initial manual execution.
• Ensure accurate regulatory filings and deadlines.
