Jerry.ai is expanding its legal operations by building scalable, AI-powered workflows. The role requires ownership of end-to-end projects, solving complex problems without hand-holding, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will work directly with the Legal Counsel and own initiatives from inception to completion. The position emphasizes automating manual tasks, optimizing regulatory filings and audits, and reducing risk across products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Evidence of owning projects from start to finish in school, work, or independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate core legal processes and workflows.
• Handle filings, deadlines, and audits with precision.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contracts, and projects.
• Investigate escalations to root causes and create preventive training across teams.
• Review products for compliance risk and partner with Engineering and Product to fix issues.
• Lead audits across operations and ensure no deadline slips.
