Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage equity grant documentation and governance.
• Draft, review, and redline contracts and governance documents.
• Serve as the power user for legal software.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage accounts payable with law firms and vendors.
• Assist in audit requests and compliance matters.
