The role involves organizing legal documentation, maintaining communication, and assisting with legal forms and meetings. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal studies and at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal group within a financial services firm. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. The position offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 and robust benefits, including health plans and a daily lunch stipend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal studies or equivalent training required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in legal support at a law firm or financial services.
• Strong written and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication internally and externally.
• Organize and maintain legal documentation and client materials.
• Assist in preparation of legal documentation under attorney supervision.
• Handle the preparation and filing of certificates and tax filings.
• Coordinate and distribute signatures and closing sets.
