Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., pre-law, business analytics, computer science)
• 3–6 years of experience in legal operations or a similar analytical role with exposure to legal/compliance workflows
• Strong Power BI skills with data modeling, DAX and dashboard design; Excel and Smartsheet proficiency; SQL and Power Apps a plus
• Experience with legal tools such as GC AI, Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel or similar
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and appetite for experimentation; ability to evaluate tool effectiveness and risks
• Familiarity with data security, governance, and compliance for AI and legal tech
• Strong analytical and process-improvement abilities; attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to present demos and train users across teams

Responsibilities

• Data & Reporting: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, models, and reports for legal, compliance, and risk data
• Legal Tech Systems: Administer legal data workflows, knowledge management, vendor contracts, and enterprise risk management across databases
• Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions
• Enterprise Risk: Maintain risk assessment frameworks and support annual reviews and leadership reporting
• AI Exploration & Implementation: Research and pilot AI tools; design and test playbooks, prompts, and contract intelligence repositories
• Training & Adoption: Drive adoption through demonstrations, guides, and training sessions
• Project Management: Manage legal and cross-department projects end-to-end
