Job summary

DBI Staffing seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver IT training to attorneys and staff, ranging from one-on-one coaching to classroom sessions and e-learning. You will create courseware for Firm software, hardware, and mobile devices, and collaborate with IT leaders to tailor training strategies for the user community.

The role requires outstanding teaching and communication skills, strong documentation abilities, and experience teaching technology content in a professional services environment.

• Strong teaching, training and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Excellent writing skills with demonstrable portfolio of technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Information Technology training for varied audiences (one-on-one, classroom, e-learning, floor support, print/electronic docs).
• Develops training materials and courseware on Firm software, hardware and mobile devices.
• Collaborates with IT Training leadership to align strategies with Firm needs.
• Writes and maintains user guides, quick reference cards, tips, and intranet content.
• Provides advanced level support to Help Desk on complex end-user applications (Microsoft 365, iManage, Adobe Acrobat, mobile apps).
• Tests new software and maintains training materials; ensures supplies are available.
