Job summary

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen, & Katz LLP is seeking a Technical Trainer in New York to deliver comprehensive IT training for attorneys and staff. You will create courseware, provide classroom and on-demand training, and support end users across Microsoft 365, iManage Work 10, and related tools.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of technology training experience in a professional services environment, with law firm experience preferred. Occasional after-hours training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience training technology-related content in a professional services organization.
• Law Firm experience preferred.
• Excellent teaching and writing skills with portfolio of technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Delivers IT training through one-on-one, classroom, e-learning, and print/electronic docs.
• Develops training courseware and self-guided learning tools.
• Collaborates with IT Training team to meet user needs and strategies.
• Maintains user guides, FAQs, and intranet content.
• Provides advanced level support to Help Desk on complex end-user apps.
