Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC is seeking a bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented team in Dallas. You will engage with potential clients, qualify cases, and provide solutions while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. This position offers nights and weekends shifts and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree or professional certification preferred.
• Bilingual required (English and Spanish).
• Experience in client service or sales support preferred.
• Professional in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and relationships through effective communication.
• Handle different types of situations and conversations, driving towards a resolution.
• Be self-motivated with strong communication skills that brings energy and passion to the team.
• Answer questions and provide possible solutions to deepen understanding and build confidence with our clients.
• Provide strategic sales support by offering potential clients solutions and addressing their needs.

We are seeking a professional and skilled BILINGUAL LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST to join our team. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver superior customer service. Your Responsibilities Will Include –

• Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication

Requirements

Your Qualifications & Skills –

• Experience in client service or sales support roles preferred
• Strong client service skills with ability to anticipate and resolve problems with own initiative

• Personal Injury or Claims experience is a plus, but not required
• Professional in appearance and behavior
• High School Diploma or GED required
• College degree or professional certification preferred
• Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
