Thompson Law Injury Lawyers in Dallas is seeking an Intake Paralegal to join our fast-paced team. The role involves answering calls, meeting clients, and coordinating with paralegals and lawyers with a compassionate, client-first approach.

Qualified candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have 1–3+ years in a law firm, and be proficient with computers. Working Sundays to Thursdays 8am–5pm CST with some partial WFH after onboarding and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury preferred).
• Willingness to interact with clients, adjusters, and lawyers/paralegals.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and interact with potential clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner.
• Notify paralegals and investigators and perform other administrative duties.

We are excited to hire in the Dallas area and are looking for Intake Paralegals to join our team.

About the job:

This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to delivering excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performingother administrative duties.

Schedule:

Sunday- Thursday 8am-5pm CST

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.

Total Compensation Package:

• Competitive Hourly/Salary ~ Depending on experience level
