Qualifications

• Experience in client service or sales support roles preferred.

We are seeking a professional and skilled BILINGUAL LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST to join our team. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver superior customer service. You will also experience a fostering, positive environment with opportunities for professional development and growth to advance your career. This position is bonus eligible.

Your Responsibilities Will Include –

• Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
• Handle different types of situations and conversations, driving towards a resolution
• Be self-motivated with strong communication skills that brings energy and passion to the team
• Answer questions and provide possible solutions to deepen understanding and build confidence with our clients
• Provide strategic sales support by offering potential clients solutions and addressing their needs
• Build and foster potential client relations through managing multiple potential clients’ situations, needs, and inquiries on an ongoing basis
• Demonstrate strong and concise verbal and written communication with potential clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Multi-tasking while remaining detail-oriented

Requirements
